– Payments will be done at Pick Up time.
– We Pick Up and Drop Off vehicles to your address. The deliveries and drop-off in the eastern zone of Madeira are free: Machico, Santa Cruz (airport) and Santana. All the other areas of the island are subject to a charge of €20 per scooter.
– Reservations will be reconfirmed by phone call, sms or email in the next 12 hours after booking.
– When completing our reservations form, please do not forget to register your correct E-mail address in the field as without we cannot reply to you.
– Payments can be done by cash, credit or debit card.

– Minimum rental age is 18 years old.
– The best prices can be found on a week rental. The minimum rental period is 24 hours (1 day)
– Prices, rates and VAT are suject to change without previous notice. The confirmation of the reservation, confirms the price to pay.
– An extension of the rental period can be made. Mxcootert must be contacted 24 hours before the rental period ends, so can prevent overbooking
– General conditions shall apply.

– The client is responsable for any damage of rear-view mirrors and rims, tire punchures or sliced tires.
– The client is responsable for any fines, usage of wrong fuel, violations and acts of negligence to the vehicle or third parties, mishandling or wrong driving.
– The client is responsable for any act due of driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other narcotic substances.
– Personal injury and personal effects are NOT covered, however these are normally covered by your travel insurance policy.
– Insurance does not coverage for acts of vandalism, natural disasters, sports events, races, challenges, contests, etc.

– Petrol is not included. Vehicle must be returned in the same levels it was picked up.
Due to special seasons such as christmas/new year, summer ,easter ,carnival and other holidays, its frequent to have all vehicles reserved. To avoid this situation its recomended to make your reservation as soon as possible.
